AOG is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once claim is validated by the shipping carrier (including claim number), AOG will issue a refund equal to the value amount of the lost package.

We will try our best to accommodate modifications to orders that are new. If an order has been processed and tracking number sent, it has already been sent for shipping and we will be unable to modify it further. We cannot cancel any orders. Absolutely! AOG will ship your order internationally. The shipping time will vary but will be included in your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
